RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Bamby Singh Designs, we strive to ensure that our customers have a positive shopping experience and are satisfied with their purchases. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for an exchange or return, subject to the terms outlined below.

ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE

You may request an exchange subject to product availability. To initiate this process, you must notify us of the requested change within 24 hours of receiving the product via email at customercare@bambysingh.com.

In the event that the merchandise is received in a condition that is damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, you may return the item under the following conditions:

  1. The merchandise must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags intact.
  2. You must notify us of the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  3. The return must be received by us within 14 days of the date of delivery of the product.

Once we receive the product, our customer care team will inspect it and, based on their assessment, determine if an exchange is warranted. Exchanges are subject to availability and our final approval.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are not issued in the form of monetary reimbursement. Instead, if you do not wish to exchange the product, a Credit Note will be issued, which can be used for future purchases.

DOMESTIC EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that are dispatched to us later than 14 days after the receipt of the product by you. Therefore, it is essential that you initiate the return process promptly and ship the item after receiving our formal acceptance.

Please ensure that you:

  1. Contact us and obtain a Return Accepted confirmation email before dispatching the product. Returns shipped without such confirmation will not be accepted.
  2. On the invoice, circle the item(s) being returned and indicate the reason for the return.
  3. Pack the product securely in the original packaging and include the completed invoice.
  4. Ship the product back to the address provided in our return confirmation email.
